Love love it. Needs many more levels. Come on Dave, gimmie a break... How about 200 levels of varying difficulty ala candy crush or two dots?

This is the game that got me hooked on Tower Defense style games. I keep looking for another game like this but nothing comes close. Controls are responsive, work great with touchscreen, difficulty is perfectly balanced, lots of levels to keep you hooked. Bonus points to criterion for realizing that many want to be able to mute all game sounds and listen to our own music or podcast while we play. You can do that with this game. Overall great game. Developers are also responsive: I emailed them that the game was broken (due to Open Feint glitch) in a week or 2 a new version was up and running. Only gripe is that Criterion doesnt make a new version already. We need more GeoDefense!

Have been playing for years, since our 2nd gen iPod touch!! Updated iPhone to ios8 and now only get a black screen. :-( please, please, please fix! ! Update: THANKS THANKS so much for the update and fix! Now how about some more levels :-)?

Years ago, the lite version of this game convinced me to buy the full version. I was not disappointed in the slightest! Expect to get caught up in the "just one more round" syndrome. Thanks so much for updating it to play well on newer devices!

After years of waiting for an update, one has finally come. Im disappointed by the update. It hasnt added any new levels, any new shooters, and any new features. Worst of all, the application was optimized for the iPhone 5 4-inch retina display and not the iPhone 6 Plus 5.5-inch retina HD display, so it still looks fuzzy like a Nintendo 64 game.

Really a great game I wont delete it off my phone. Thats for the update!

I love love lovee this game! So much that Ive beaten it multiple times now since 2008. Each time it took much time and effort, especially the version for ios7 so it kept its replay value extremely high. But after anxiously waiting for months for it to be ios8 compatible, it was extremely disappointing to find that the developers have made it so easy on hard mode that i already lost interest in it after beating all the easy levels in less than an hour. Sorry, ill play again once its challenging again.

geoDefense starts off fun, but the difficulty ramps up to absolutely frustrating levels. I love a good challenge, but having only a few ways to win a map is just... not. Its repetitive and infuriating.

Ive played hundreds of games from the App Store and this game, along with Plants Vs. Zombies, Kingdom Rush (for the iPad; its too small on the iPhone) and War Games, is one of the best games available. Incredibly fun, addictive and challenging. This is an absolute classic and one of the best tower defense games ever developed. The 80s aesthetic is also great. Download it today and see for yourself. My only recommendation is to start on the novice difficulty setting as the default difficulty setting becomes almost impossible after the first 10 or so stages.

unlike the amazing geodefense swarm, the levels in geodefense are just a bunch of lines going in some crazy paths sometimes overlapping, backtracking, or going offscreen. not fun. also, please allow the option to disable double tap vortex popping.

Please come out with new maps and game like this one. Now works with 8.

Ive had this game for many years on my Phone. Its one of the few apps that gets moved to the new phone without any consideration. The new update keeps it going. Its a wonderful example of how great line art can be. The graphics are quite brilliant. The gameplay is a lot of fun. If you are a tower defense lover you should have this. LIke others have said, I would happily pay to have new levels.

It has been YEARS since Ive played this game and she doesnt show her age one bit. Its just as fun now as it was when I first played it. A game that birthed and defined an entire genre. Fabulous!

Only problem is it is TOO hard sometimes. Thank goodness for an update. It is a classic game and Im glad I can play it again! :)

I just beat Angular View on my first try. Only because I know how to and I have been playing this game for years. Hands down the best tower defense game still. Wish they would fix Geo Defense Swarm now. I and several other people did spend our money on that as well. Should either get a refund or the game should be fixed. Two thumbs up though for fixing this one. Love this game!

Thank You for the Update! This version of a tower defense game is a blast, with a unique twist - the closer to the exit you kill the creeps, the higher the score multiplier goes, therefore the higher you score, leaving you the choice between walking a tight wire to score higher, or playing it safe and not losing any life points. Ive lost hours of time playing this, and I am so glad to see that its been updated!

Used to be no sweat with level 6 missiles and 3 laser towers now that strategy doesnt work. No other ones work either. You blew it programmers! (I heard a frame rate issue is the culprit so its easier to beat on iPhone 3.... Weird) (Bigdadryan1975 tell me how it used to be no problem. Ive been playing for years too)

Love love love this game. The latest version for iOS 8 seems like it was tweaked to be a bit harder, but still all levels are beatable, including Angular View. New Service Menu options are cool, but "Effects On/off" doesnt seem to work. Would enjoy additional expansion packs. Please keep updates current.

I love this game. Its my favorite app on my phone! I would love to see the iPad get its share of this game, not just the bumped up iphone resolution. This game has so much potential to grow! Thanks!
